Greetings! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. I specialize in work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship and life transition stressors, trauma, addiction, and grief/loss.

My style is focused on compassion and acceptance, and I strive to create an environment that is comfortable and non-judgmental. While tailoring treatment to fit individual client needs, I utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to help guide problem resolution using resilience, empowerment, insight-building, and strengths.

I also offer LOW-COST supervision services for pre-licensed individuals working towards their LPC. As a graduate from George Washington University's Counselor Education and Supervision PhD program, I supervised masters-level student interns in the university counseling center. Currently, I'm offering both individual, dyad, and small group supervision from my private practice offices in Old Town Alexandria and Dupont Circle.
